David Marsh is a founding partner of Marsh, Rickard & Bryan and a nationally recognized trial attorney with more than 40 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in personal injury, wrongful death, and complex business litigation. Known for his commitment to client advocacy and civil justice, Marsh has secured more than 50 verdicts exceeding $1 million, including multiple verdicts exceeding $10 million. In 1983, at age 27, he became the youngest lawyer in America at that time to obtain a million-dollar-plus verdict, achieving this milestone three times.
