Mark E. Bialick

Mark E. Bialick entered the practice of law in 1981.  His practice centers upon complex civil litigation, and, over the course of his nearly forty-year career, Mark has litigated and tried to verdict several of the State of Oklahoma’s seminal cases in the areas of insurance, particularly with respect to the duty of good faith and fair dealing, as well as cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death
