Kristine Anne Howanski

Kristine is a graduate of Dulaney High School (1976), graduated with High Distinction from the University of Virginia (1980 – BA Government, Phi Beta Kappa) where she lettered in Swimming, and the University of Maryland School of Law (1983), where she served on Law Review and received the Order of the Coif.
