Allan Parvey has tried cases ranging from whiplash to multi-million dollar catastrophic injury cases. He has never feared taking a case to trial and has obtained many victorious verdicts. Although Allan began his college career as a pre-med major, to follow in his family’s footsteps, he quickly found he was more interested in logic courses and philosophy which lead to his desire to be an attorney. After receiving his JD degree in 1972 from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University, Allan was hired by the State Attorney in Fort Myers Florida as a prosecutor for the Felony Division. Within a year and a half Allan had tried 34 felony cases ranging from drug possession to murder. Just two years after beginning his career, Allan was recruited by a personal injury law firm to be their trial attorney. Allan’s family background in medicine and values that were imparted to him by his family proved a successful combination for handling personal injury cases.
