About Brad R. Irwin, Esq

Mr. Irwin began his legal career as an attorney with the enforcement branch of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.  Thereafter, Mr. Irwin practiced securities and corporate litigation in private practice with a leading Denver securities firm, eventually transitioning into oil and gas litigation.  From there, Mr. Irwin began practicing with one of Denver’s largest Plaintiff’s personal injury firms and has devoted 100% of his practice to representing Plaintiff in personal injury, class action, worker’s compensation, insurance bad faith, and other litigation matters for over 28 years.
