Stephen J. Eisenberg is a Madison personal injury lawyer and a founding member of Eisenberg Law Office, S.C. He then enrolled at the University of Wisconsin Law School and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1983. Admitted to practice in Wisconsin, Mr. Eisenberg is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 7th and 10th Circuits, the U.S. court of Federal Claims, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Throughout his career, Mr. Eisenberg has been able to obtain many favorable results for his clients. One case resulted in a $12.7 million jury award in favor of a client who was injured in an incident in a hospital psychiatric ward.
