John Porter has substantial trial, appellate and arbitration experience, representing companies and individuals in joint venture, commercial, intellectual property, financial services, general business, and technology-related disputes. For more than 28 years, Mr. Porter practiced with Paul Hastings LLP, and from 2008 through 2011 he resided in Shanghai and Tokyo where he led the litigation and disputes practice of Paul Hastings LLP in China and Japan.
