Colin C. Smith

Colin C. Smith is an associate in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation & Employers’ Liability practice group. He represents employers and insurers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims in Maryland before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission, on appeal in courts throughout the state of Maryland, and before the Appellate Court of Maryland and the Supreme Court of Maryland.
