He served as an international human rights fellow and pre-screen specialist in Broward County, where he managed clients and classified legal issues while supporting the representation of veterans. Moreover, he engaged in international medical missions coordination in Monrovia, Liberia, working with children and families in need of medical treatment not available in their locations. His dedication to humanitarian causes also led him to Dubai and Ajman, United Arab Emirates, where he negotiated the release of an Ethiopian female who had been trafficked into servitude without pay.
Mr. Dyer's academic achievements are equally impressive. He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in 2015. He also holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Kaplan University, Davenport, Iowa, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University, with a major in anthropology. During his time in law school, he contributed as a juvenile diversion instructor and served as a faculty assistant to a Broward County judge, teaching classes in a juvenile delinquency program and assisting with reports involving Florida Juvenile Law. Furthermore, he gained valuable experience as a judicial clerk at the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida in Fort Lauderdale.
