Bernard Baltaxe

Bernard Baltaxe graduated with Distinction and Member of the Coif, from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1996. He began his legal career at Downey Brand in Sacramento. There, he practiced civil litigation, contract litigation, and personal injury.
