About Charles Cooper, Esq.

Charles Cooper, Esq. is a graduate of Delaware Law School in Wilmington Delaware where he participated in the Moot Court competition and clerked at the Wilmington Delaware District Attorney’s Office where prosecuted criminal cases to develop his trial skills. Mr. Cooper clerked for the Honorable Sydney Hoffman of The Pennsylvania Superior Court. After graduating law school Mr. Cooper took and passed the Bar Examination in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and in 1986 he was admitted to the Bar in both states and has practiced civil litigation in Federal and State Courts since that time.
