About Thomas Demine, Esq
Tom DeMine graduated from Clemson University in 2003 with Cum Laude honors. While at Clemson, Mr. DeMine made either the Dean’s List or President’s List every semester. Mr. DeMine continued his education at Stetson University College of Law and received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 2006. Mr. DeMine began his legal career as a Prosecuting Attorney with the State Attorney’s Office in Lee County, Florida. In 2008, Mr. DeMine had the most jury trials in the entire felony division. After three years as a prosecutor, Mr. DeMine entered private criminal defense practice. Over the next decade Mr. DeMine represented thousands of clients for nearly every crime imaginable. In 2020, Mr. DeMine joined forces with his wife and began to focus exclusively on immigration law. Since then, he has helped hundreds of clients successfully navigate the complex immigration system.
